The Langham Hotel in Sydney is probably one of the prettiest places to hold a wedding reception and probably my all time favourite venues for our couples to get ready on the morning of their big day. There’s something so calming about the pastel blues and pinks adorning the creamy sandstone building sitting prettily in the sleepy pocket that is Kent Street Sydney.
Jacquelyne and Timothy’s day was such a true representation of who they were as people: elegant, understatedly classic but overwhelmingly heartfelt and sincere. They spent the majority of their day relaxing with their loved ones and making sure that their guests were well looked after in every aspect. Everything was arranged for the comfort of their guests and that humble consideration set the tone of their day. Jacquelyne and Tim held their Catholic wedding ceremony over at St Mary’s North Sydney and incorporated a simple Chinese tea ceremony during her reception to acknowledge their gratitude for their parents. These two sweethearts have been nothing short of a downright treat and you could see how incredibly well loved and adored they were by their families; it was impossible not to be be completely enveloped in the collective joy and I am genuinely going to miss working on their day.
